Return Policy

Our Return Policy at Verified Sports Nutrition, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, which is why when we get it wrong, we work to make it right.  If your package arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, click on the “Contact Us” within 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.  On eligible items, we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you item is not eligible for a refund and/or exchange of any kind.  In addition, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once you fill out the Return form, you will receive a shipping label.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, along with a copy of your receipt and affix the shipping label provided.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s), unless the customer has paid for Redo in their initial order, or we acknowledge that the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  5. Inspection and Return: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is eligible for a return. Upon approval, our team will confirm your refund or exchange.

 

Return and Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Unopened and Unused: Returns are not allowed if the products have been opened or used.
  2. Within the Returns Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

 

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

  1. Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns nor exchanges.
